Our first week in the Bay Area was packed - from conversations with founders and operators to meetings with regional leaders shaping the tech community. The energy was tangible, and the appetite for a stronger Adria presence in San Francisco is real.
Last week, Vuk Lau and Kristian Asani joined Nina Leskovec in the Bay Area to officially kick things off - meeting founders, operators, investors, and community leaders who are shaping the next wave of innovation.
Over the span of several days, we had a series of productive conversations across the ecosystem: from startup houses and community hubs, to founders building their next chapters, to operators thinking about new opportunities, and advisors helping European teams enter the US market. We also connected with diaspora leaders, regional communities, and partners running cross-Atlantic initiatives.
The common thread across all meetings was clear:

The energy on the ground was tangible. We came back home even more motivated, and Nina is already in full gear, continuing the work from San Francisco. This is only the beginning, and we’re excited to keep connecting founders, investors, and friends of the region.
